When off, Inventory becomes a pure service list — no stock, no Good/Service choice, no storage location. Turn this on only if you also carry physical items to track.
When on, a new "Orders" tab appears so staff can see what still needs packing and mark it done. When off, every bill is instantly complete — same as today.
💳 Payment — UPI QR / Bank Transfer
No payment gateway — gateways take ~2% of every sale. Instead, online orders show a QR code that goes straight to your bank via UPI. There's no automatic confirmation, so paid orders show up under Pending Dues until you mark them received.
📱 WhatsApp — auto-send bills
Connect your WhatsApp Business number (via Meta's Cloud API) so every bill you create here is automatically sent to the customer's phone. Set up once with the Phone Number ID and Access Token from your Meta Developer app.
🤖 Bill by texting WhatsApp
Numbers listed here can create real invoices by texting your WhatsApp number in plain language, e.g. "Invoice Rahul for 5 consulting sessions at ₹3,000 each" or "Received 500 from Rahul". Leave this empty to keep the feature off — no one, including customers, can create a bill by texting unless their number is added here.
🧪 Test WhatsApp Ordering
Try the customer ordering conversation yourself — no real WhatsApp connection needed. Just turn on "Accept orders from a public online ordering page" above and save, then open the simulator below.
